What you'll do
- Manage tenant, applicant and homeowner communications across phone, email and portal
- Schedule and confirm in-person viewings with prospective tenants
- Maintain property records and keep our dashboard current
- Handle general administrative support for the team
- Coordinate day-to-day requests with our 2 realtors and 4 property managers
What we're looking for
- 1+ year of customer service or administrative experience
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Independent and self-managed — you don't need to be told what to do
- Comfortable with property management software (training provided)
- Reliable, detail-oriented and calm under pressure

Property Manager
Own a portfolio of single-family rentals in your market: leasing, maintenance coordination, vendor relations and owner reporting. You'll work closely with our customer service and maintenance teams.
What you'll do
- Manage leasing cycles: showings, applications, lease-up and renewals
- Coordinate maintenance and vendors to keep homes in top condition
- Maintain owner records, rent rolls and monthly reporting
- Handle tenant relations and escalations on-site
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of property management experience
- Experience with single-family or multifamily portfolios

Maintenance Coordinator
Keep the maintenance pipeline moving in your market. You'll schedule and track vendor work, verify quality, and make sure every home stays in the condition we promise.
What you'll do
- Schedule and track vendor work orders across the portfolio
- Verify completed work and follow up on open items
- Maintain vendor relationships and pricing records
- Support property managers with on-site inspections
What we're looking for
- 1+ year in maintenance coordination or facilities
- Organized and follow-through oriented
- Basic understanding of residential systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
